February - Responsibility

Week one, 1 - 7 February will focus on the following question.

What is my definition of responsibility?

Do you consider yourself to be a responsible person? If you do what is your definition of responsible? Is it that you are always on time or work, that perhaps you place your work commitment above all because you "are" responsible?

Do you consider yourself irresponsible? If so when do you think you are or act irresponsible? In which area's of your life do you feel that you are irresponsible or responsible. Make a list of these so that by the end of the month you will be able to tell in which parts of your life you might consider changes.

You now sometimes we tend to be almost over responsible because when growing up all you heard was that you are irresponsible. Just because you were told this does not make it true.

One of my favorite quotes: The purpose of learning is not to cram information into your mind it is to question all the information you are given. Take this month and rethink what you have been taught.

Question what you have learned and the impact it has on your day to day life and engagements with yourself and others.
